To assess care needs, match a suitable caregiver, deliver and supervise care, share progress reports with authorised family members, and process payments.
Health data safeguards
Clinical records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to the assigned care team on a need-to-know basis, and every access is logged.
Sharing
We share information only with the assigned care team, treating hospitals or doctors you nominate, and where required by law. We never sell personal or health data.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required under applicable medical record regulations, after which they are securely destroyed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for non-essential communication, by writing to privacy@adhanahomehealth.com.
